Mutandis is used to transform plants into new plants, that is how to get most of the plants that are in the witchery mod. To use it on a plant to transform it, right click. If you are trying to get a Rowan, Hawthorn, or Alder sapling you apply the Mutandis to a sapling. It has a random chance as to what plant it turns into. It is also needed to make Mutandis Extremis.
